Finance/Treasurer's Office
The Finance Department provides financial and management information and guidance to the Mayor, Departments, and Common Council and ensures appropriate internal controls are in place to safeguard City assets.
The Finance Department is responsible for accounting and financial reporting for all City operations including:
- budgeting
- accounts payable
- accounts receivable
- treasury and investment functions
- debt management
