Street and Utility Update

Dear Residents,

Here is an update on the Street and Utility work. All timelines listed below are subject to change due to weather conditions or equipment breakdowns. 

Georgetown Drive, Windsor Drive, & Eton Court

Stark will be back on site sometime this week to finish up the concrete work. The concrete work will be followed by fine grading. The fine grading will be done by Stark. This is currently scheduled to start the week of June 17.

Edgewater Drive, Birch Street, & Sunnyside Lane

Dorner Inc. will finish up the water services and sanitary laterals within the right of way sometime this week. They will then begin working on storm sewer. The lead service work outside of the right of way is scheduled to begin sometime the week of June 3. The road work is scheduled to start the week of June 10. Superior Sewer & Water will be doing the road work. The road work consists of removing 14 inches of existing asphalt, base, and spreading 9 inches of new base course. Access to driveways may be limited during working hours but access will be restored by the end of the day.

We ask for your patience during the construction. All work within the right-of-way is scheduled to be completed by August 23, 2024. The lead service work outside of the right-of-way is scheduled to be completed by October 31, 2024. If you have any questions, concerns, or special requests, please let me know.
