CivicClerk Agendas/Minutes Notifications

The City of Cedarburg has officially transitioned to a new web portal for meeting agendas and minutes, offering residents a more streamlined and user-friendly experience. Through the CivicClerk Public Portal, you can now sign up to receive automatic notifications whenever new agendas or minutes are published—keeping you informed and engaged with city decisions as they happen.
This marks the first phase of our enhanced digital communications strategy. Beginning in 2026, the portal will also include city news updates, further centralizing how residents stay connected with municipal happenings.

Please note: our current “Notify Me” system will remain active through the end of 2025 to ensure a smooth transition.

How to Subscribe:

•             Visit the Public Portal: cedarburgwi.portal.civicclerk.com

•             Sign in or create an account

•             Select “Subscriptions” and choose your preferred categories

•             Receive timely email notifications on agendas, minutes, and updates
