Join us for a fun, energetic exercise class that will burn calories, build endurance, tone up your muscles, and reduce stress! This is a total body workout tailored to every fitness level. Class includes a warm-up, aerobic segment, upper and lower body strengthening, and balance moves through the use of free weights, resistance bands, balls, and poles, ending with a cool down and stretching. High and low levels are shown so you can work at your own pace. Enjoy the benefits of exercise while working to a variety of energizing music. Bring free weights (1-5 lbs). Register prior to the first class using the registration form in the booklet or in person at the Department Office.

Class #2220: February 26 - April 12 (no class 4/2)
Class #2221: April 22 - June 7 (no class 5/27)
Class #2217: June 11 - August 1 (TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS ONLY / 8:00am - 9:00am) *Class fee is $40*
